Please note this service is a premium service as the products we use are excellent and the results are even better.
*This is based on the application of an external ant barrier and a separate inside skirting board spray. Note that no work will be carried out inside roof spaces, if this service is required for the client (based on inspection), it will be discussed at the time of inspection and quoted accordingly.

Rental contracts stipulate tenants are required to complete an exit pest treatment if a pet lives on the property. We apply our flea service to give you the ticked box for your rental exit requirements without the high costs.
In order to offer this cost-effective solution, a key must be left out and you need to be flexible with timing on the booking day.
Please make sure cleaning and carpet cleaning ARE NOT booked in at the same time as pest control as NO-ONE can be at the property for safety reasons.

Our service includes killing the nest and the extraction of the nest where possible.
Please note ALL nest locations are different to what is visually seen from the outside, so we may need to lift roof sheeting or roof tiles. All respect is taken to all property where we need to modify the environment.
We are not liable for any damage that may occur when having to get to the nest. We will always advise before commencing.
Often we will need to return if the first strike isn't effective. Our call-back service is at no charge and is all part of the service.
